what's going on
Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 08:00AM hello, all! apologies for falling off the radar for the past couple of weeks. some traveling and a busy work/personal schedule combined with the holidays have made me fall behind here. not to worry, though. i have lots of fun things to report and pictures to share.
i had a lovely thanksgiving with my family at my sister's new house in saratoga, ny. i'm so proud of her for buying her first house! it's adorable! unfortunately, i didn't take any pictures while i was there, but i will over christmas. my roommate and i also went on a quick weekend trip to boston to do some christmas shopping. it was so nice to get away and leave everything in nyc behind for a couple of days. sadly, i don't have any pictures of this trip either. even though i did lug my camera all the way there, it was too hard to carry it with my arms full of shopping bags :)
in opera america news, i just finished a brand-new publication that we've been planning for a long time. i'm really pleased with how it turned out. check it out!

i'll leave you with this completely untouched photo i took of the empire state building from my office window the other night. the sky was perfect.
