boston museum of fine arts

there are definite perks to helping to run an event. when we had our opera conference welcome reception at boston's museum of fine arts, i got to go in early because i was photographing the party. i've never been in a museum that was closed. and even though there was only one wing to which i had access, i had it all to myself. the experience just blew me away.

i'm just back from boston where we had another awesome opera conference. and while i have a million photos to edit, i just wanted to quickly post that the boston globe published one of my photos!
